All sales are final on customized assets.

If the delivered batch of packaging boxes does not align with the formally approved digital layout, chosen material cardstock, custom dimensions, or graphic proof profiles verified by your team prior to mass manufacturing, we back your account with an absolute replacement guarantee.
In such corporate discrepancy events, our production facility will initiate a complete priority reprint process to fix the specific error and dispatch the newly manufactured batch straight to your UK destination completely free of charge.
To claim a complimentary production rerun, buyers must inspect their complete wholesale batch and notify our UK support team within 7 business days from the exact order delivery date provided by our freight carrier.
Any defect notifications, layout complaints, or dimension discrepancies reported after this strict 7-day threshold will be considered outside our manufacturing liability window and will not qualify for a free reprint.
