By accessing our website and placing a wholesale custom packaging order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all corporate buyers, e-commerce entities, and clients utilising our manufacturing services within the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilising our platform and production setup.
As a specialised industrial packaging manufacturer, we produce custom Mailer and Retail boxes based strictly on the dimensions, material specifications, and vector digital layout proofs agreed upon with the client.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully examine the free digital 3D mockup provided by our pre-press graphics team prior to industrial mass production approval. Once a digital layout design proof is formally verified and approved by the buyer, no structural or graphic modifications can be implemented.
Our standard bulk commercial manufacturing turnaround window is approximately 8 to 10 business days. This timeframe begins immediately after artwork approval, payment authorisation, and configuration setup are complete.
While we offer complimentary delivery to commercial mainland addresses across the United Kingdom, we are not responsible for regional transport delays, third-party carrier backlogs, or extreme weather disruptions that extend delivery dates beyond our structural control.
Clients must possess full legal usage rights, trademark registrations, or explicit permissions for any branding components, company logo files, colour configurations, or typographic designs they upload to our servers for industrial rendering. We do not accept liability for structural copyright infringements or intellectual property disputes resulting from customer-supplied layouts.
All custom bulk orders require full monetary settlement prior to launching our industrial material tooling, card sourcing, and colour preparation lines. Due to the high level of individual specialisation required for custom-sized mailer and retail packaging solutions, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they enter the physical print pipeline.
Our company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages—including drop in corporate revenue or logistics disruptions—arising from the use of our manufactured packaging boxes. All wholesale accounts are backed by our core commitment to product material precision and industrial-grade quality control consistency.
